Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
- Wash dishes, trays, containers, and other kitchen utensils.
- Arrange and store ingredients properly, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness at all times.




- Support chefs and other kitchen team members during service hours.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Willingness to learn and support kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time management.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
