Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated intern to assist with guest relations and Arabic translation for our international patients, especially Arabic-speaking guests. The candidate will help patients communicate with hospital staff, understand basic treatment-related information, and enjoy a smooth and comfortable hospital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and guests, especially Arabic-speaking patients.
- Translate and communicate between Arabic-speaking patients and hospital staff.
- Assist with patient registration, appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Help patients understand hospital procedures, accommodation facilities, and available services.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception staff, and other departments.
- Assist international patients with their general enquiries and service requirements.
- Maintain good communication with patients and their families.
- Support patient feedback collection and guest satisfaction activities.
- Assist with basic documentation and translation of non-clinical information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Arabic and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates interested in guest relations and translation are welcome to apply.
- A degree or diploma in Arabic, languages, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
