Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to manage daily OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day OPD operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, reception, billing and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, consultation and movement.
- Monitor patient flow and address operational issues.
- Handle patient and attendant queries professionally.
- Coordinate doctor schedules and OPD requirements.
- Monitor staff activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain OPD-related reports and records.




- Support improvement of patient service and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Hospital/healthcare OPD experience preferred.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations.
- Ability to manage patient-facing operations efficiently.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
