We’re a social media marketing agency looking for a self-driven outreach specialist to find and close current clients. You’ll spot people and businesses looking for social media, video, photo, or design services and pitch them our done-for-you packages.

What You’ll Do

- Find leads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Indeed (posts, job listings, groups) and reply or message with a clear, tailored pitch
- Reach out to companies hiring for social media managers, videographers, photographers, or graphic designers and offer our agency as a cheaper alternative to a full-time hire
- Post stories, posts, and offers from our agency’s accounts and in relevant groups where promotion is allowed
- Create outreach content (posts, images, short videos) using AI tools
- Come up with new ways to find leads, and track outreach and conversions
- Hand over interested leads and close sales

Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English (required)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creating images and posts; video knowledge is a plus
- Laptop or desktop and stable Wi-Fi




- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection

Compensation

- Base salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience
- Sales commission and incentives on top of the base
