Job Summary

7xgrowth is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support its recruitment and talent acquisition activities. We welcome both freshers and candidates with previous internship experience who are eager to learn, develop their HR skills, and gain practical exposure to the recruitment process.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and other HR-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with an interest in Human Resources.
- Freshers and candidates with prior internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, or job portals is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
