Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Narsinghpur (Madhya Pradesh)

Vacant Positions : 5

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Work Timings: 12-hour shift (rotationalshift timings as per roster)

About Job Role: We are looking for a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, materials, and factory/manufacturing premises. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and preventing unauthorized access, theft, or safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entrances, exits, gates, parking areas, and the entire factory premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or disturbances.
- Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior areas, including production floors, stores, and boundary walls.
- Check and control access of employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors; verify identity and issue gate passes as required.
- Respond promptly and calmly to security incidents, emergencies, or safety violations.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, material movement issues, or incidents to the Security Supervisor / Admin Manager.
- Ensure all gates, doors, windows, and security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.)



are properly secured during opening and closing times.
- Maintain accurate daily security logs, material movement records, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when necessary.
- Support in maintaining order during shift changes, material loading/unloading, and special operations.

Requirements

- Qualification : 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Previous experience as a security guard (preferably in Industries or Factories) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
- Positive observation skills, alertness, and presence of mind.
- Basic communication skills in local language and English/Hindi.
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle situations calmly under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including Holidays and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures is an advantage.
