ERP NAV Functional Consultant – Mumbai (No Relocation)

Looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to lead full life‑cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. Role includes requirement analysis, ERP implementation, user training, UAT, and end‑user support.

Responsibilities:

- Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.
- Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.
- Train users in current processes and Dynamics NAV functionality.
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
- Manage individual budget and scope of work.
- Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Requirements:

- Graduate with 7+ years’ ERP functional experience
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Manufacturing modules
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations
- Hands‑on full life‑cycle implementation experience
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
