- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
- Assist with cashiering and billing activities when required.
