Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Officer to join our manufacturing facility in Palghar. The candidate should have strong knowledge of QC testing, laboratory operations, documentation, GMP, GLP, ALCOA++, Stability Studies, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), In-Process Materials, and Finished Goods (FG).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation as per ALCOA++ data integrity principles.
- Conduct and monitor stability studies, including sample testing, documentation, and reporting.
- Handle QMS activities, including Deviations, OOS, OOT, CAPA, and Change Control.
- Prepare and maintain COA, specifications, testing reports, and QC documentation.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Coordinate with QA and Production departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene, safety,



and regulatory compliance.
- Support internal and external quality audits.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is required.
- Solid understanding of ALCOA++, Stability Studies, QMS, GMP, and GLP.
- Good knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and QC documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates residing in Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur, Kolgaon, or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing industry experience only.

Location: Palghar, Kolgaon

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
