Job Title: Telecaller – Inside Sales
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time | In office
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller for our Inside Sales team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products, generating leads, and following up with customers to support sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, features, and services to customers.
- Generate business leads and follow up on enquiries.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, uPVC, aluminium doors and windows, or related industries will have an advantage.
