We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution and completion of a resort project in Wayanad. The project includes 36 guest rooms, a lobby, restaurant, landscaping, swimming pool, and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute site activities according to the approved project schedule and ensure completion within the four-month target.

- Supervise and coordinate approximately 70–80 workers across various construction and finishing trades.

- Monitor daily site activities, contractor performance, work progress, and productivity.

- Ensure construction quality and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and stock management.

- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, painting, landscaping, and swimming pool works.

- Verify work measurements, labour progress, contractor bills, and material consumption.

- Ensure site safety,



worker discipline, and proper housekeeping.

- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower updates, site photographs, and material status reports.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site execution and project coordination.

- Experience in large-scale building construction or hospitality projects is preferred.

- Strong site supervision, manpower management, and contractor coordination skills.

- Positive knowledge of construction quality, material management, and project scheduling.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
