Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, perform requirement analysis, and communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Independently drive project execution, track team progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support the development team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Contribute hands-on to backend development, API design, database design, and performance optimization.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing standards, and best practices.
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines and development processes.
- Leverage AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor to improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Proactively identify risks and make decisions from the client's business perspective.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on backend development experience in Node.js / PHP/Laravel,



Python
- Good understanding of databases, REST APIs, application architecture, and Git.
- Experience in team coordination, project ownership, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities, flexibility, accountability, and a delivery-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
