Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, anCAN YOYd result-oriented Marketing and Social Media Executive to support the company's marketing activities, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, generate business leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional content.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Design creatives, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.
- Track social media performance, reach, impressions, and follower growth.

B. Marketing Activities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research market trends, competitors, customer preferences,



and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation and follow-up with potential customers.
- Prepare marketing presentations, brochures, company profiles, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements, updates, photographs, and videos.
- Assist in brand promotion, customer engagement, and business development activities.
- Maintain marketing reports and track campaign performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, and content creation.
- Creative thinking, coordination, and time management.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, marketing campaigns, and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with a degree or diploma in Mass Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
