About the Company

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a growing startup specializing in software development, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and consultancy services. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities and gain practical, hands-on experience in human resource management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, internship certificates, and other HR documents.
- Support daily HR operations and employee coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate with management regarding recruitment requirements and HR activities.

Requirements





- MBA / BBA / B.Com or any relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
