Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, service delivery, incident management, and compliance with SLA requirements.

Location: Ghansoli/Thane

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT operations, including desktop support, networking, servers, and IT service desk.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Monitor SLA performance, service quality, and operational KPIs.
- Lead and manage IT support teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, software licenses, and vendor performance.
- Implement ITIL best practices, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.




- Ensure adherence to IT security policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT service delivery.
- Experience in team management, client handling, and escalation management.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience: 8–12 years in IT Operations / IT Infrastructure Management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
