AR Website Creators is looking for a motivated Part-Time Marketing & Business Development Executive to promote our website development services across Nagpur and the Vidarbha region. Responsibilities: - Contact local businesses through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits. - Identify potential clients such as real estate agents, optical shops, coaching institutes, retailers, startups, and small businesses. - Explain our website development services and generate qualified leads. - Schedule client meetings, follow up with prospects, and help convert leads into paid website projects. - Maintain a record of calls, leads, meetings, and sales. Candidate Requirements: - Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome. - Candidates with prior experience in marketing, telecalling, field sales, or business development are preferred. - Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets or Excel. - Marathi, Hindi, and basic English communication skills preferred.



- Must be comfortable making calls and visiting local businesses when required. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work part-time. Salary & Incentives: - Fixed monthly salary: ₹1,500–₹2,500, depending on skills and availability. - Additional incentives for qualified client meetings, successful client visits, and confirmed website projects. - Performance-based earning potential with no upper incentive limit, subject to agreed terms. Monthly Target: Aim to close at least 5 paid website development projects per month. Work Location: Nagpur, with client outreach across Vidarbha. Work Type: Part time.
