Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Ensure product quality at all stages and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, material consumption, and coordination with Stores and Purchase Departments.
- Supervise fabrication and other production processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications and work instructions.
- Allocate manpower, monitor employee performance, and ensure effective utilization of machines and resources.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Dispatch Departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor machine breakdowns, production delays, and process issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports, quality records, material consumption, and daily performance reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, 5S, and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
