We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Procurement Engineer with strong experience in building and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing materials, ensuring timely availability of approved materials in line with project specifications, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management (MEP)

* Handle procurement of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical & ELV materials

* Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors

* Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and finalize suppliers

* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

* Ensure procurement aligns with project BOQ, specifications, and approved makes

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain procurement logs, LPO records, and supplier database

* Track budget vs actual procurement cost

* Prepare procurement status reports for management

* Ensure proper documentation for invoices, delivery notes, and MIRs

Requirements





* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in MEP procurement

* Experience in building / fit-out projects

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical materials

Software Skills

* MS Excel (mandatory – for comparisons and tracking)

* ERP / Procurement software (preferred)

* AutoCAD / drawing reading (advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience with Design & Build MEP contractors

* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced project environment

* Good understanding of project timelines and priorities

* Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
