We are looking for an experienced SaaS Developer with strong full-stack development skills and practical knowledge of AI integration to design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable, and user-friendly client portal.

The ideal candidate will have experience building SaaS applications, developing client-facing portals, integrating third-party APIs, and implementing AI-powered features to improve user experience and business workflows.

The candidate will work closely with the client, project managers, UI/UX designers, and other technical team members to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable, and responsive SaaS-based client portal.
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces, backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.
- Implement client authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), user management, and permission systems.
- Develop client dashboards, document management, notifications, reporting, and workflow automation features.
- Integrate AI capabilities using LLM APIs and AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
- Implement AI-powered features such as intelligent search, document summarization, chatbots, automated responses, and information extraction.
- Design and integrate subscription management, payment gateways, and third-party business applications where required.
- Ensure data security, privacy, performance, scalability, and application reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate development tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including unit tests and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and maintain existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, deployment,



and continuous improvement activities.

Required Technical Skills

- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in full-stack development or SaaS application development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework, preferably React.js or Next.js.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, or a comparable technology.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs; GraphQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and database design.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, secure sessions, and role-based access control.
- Practical experience building dashboards, admin panels, client portals, or multi-user web applications.
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, scalability, and application security.

AI & Automation Skills

- Practical experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and structured AI outputs.
- Experience implementing AI-powered chatbots, document processing, summarization, or intelligent search.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search is preferred.
- Ability to handle AI API errors, rate limits, latency, token usage, and cost optimization.
- Understanding of responsible AI implementation, data privacy, and secure handling of client information.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
