We are looking for a Social Media Assistant Intern with good knowledge of social media platforms to manage daily social media activities, publish posts, and respond to messages and comments.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and basic customer inquiries promptly and politely.
- Monitor social media accounts and ensure regular activity.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to collect and publish posts.
- Keep track of customer messages and forward product-related inquiries to the customer support team.
- Follow the content calendar and ensure posts are published on time.
- Maintain a professional and friendly online presence for the company.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook,
and other social media platforms.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to respond to messages politely.
- Basic understanding of social media posts, reels, stories, and comments.
- Responsible, attentive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage daily tasks and follow instructions.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts is an advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media trends and content formats.
Note
This role focuses on regular social media posting, account monitoring, and audience interaction. It does not involve managing paid advertising campaigns.
