Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach, and account growth.
- Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers.
- Track trends, competitors, and viral content.
- Maintain brand identity and consistency across platforms.
- Optimize content to increase brand awareness, traffic,



and sales.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels strategy, and engagement tactics
- Experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimization
- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing
- Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands is a plus
