Job Summary

Nestcon is looking for a result-oriented CRM & Digital Marketing Executive / Asst.Manager to manage CRM operations, monitor digital marketing performance, and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to generate quality leads and improve sales conversions for its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management

- Monitor daily CRM activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
- Track lead-to-qualified lead, site visit, and booking conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective coordination between CRM, sales, and marketing teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.

2. Digital Marketing & Agency Management

- Manage and monitor external digital marketing agencies and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Oversee website performance, SEO activities, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor lead generation, lead quality, campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and return on advertising spend (ROAS), wherever applicable.
- Review SEO reports, keyword rankings, website traffic, organic leads, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, campaign creatives, and digital content.
- Ensure agencies meet agreed deliverables, timelines, and performance targets.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track digital marketing leads, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), site visits, and sales conversions.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain a consolidated dashboard covering CRM, website, SEO, and paid marketing performance.




- Present periodic performance reviews and actionable recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.
- Robust experience in managing and coordinating with digital marketing agencies.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website analytics, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software, lead management systems, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and performance dashboard preparation.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Lead generation and lead quality.
- MQL-to-SQL conversion ratio.
- Lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Cost per lead and cost per qualified lead.
- Website traffic, SEO rankings, organic lead generation, and conversion rates.
- CRM data accuracy, lead response time, and follow-up compliance.
- Digital agency deliverables, campaign efficiency, and reporting discipline.

Salary

Salary: As per experience, skill set, and industry standards. Negotiable for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive professional who can independently monitor CRM operations, evaluate digital marketing agency performance, analyse lead conversion data, and ensure that marketing activities contribute directly to business growth and sales outcomes.
