Job Summary

Inductus Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout and joining.

 Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

 Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

 Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and fulfil hiring targets within defined timelines.

 Negotiate salaries, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.





 Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and maintain recruitment pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification will be an advantage.

 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

 Hands-on experience with Naukri and other candidate sourcing platforms.

 Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

 Good coordination, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 Capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

 Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
