- Develop CNC/VMC programs using manual programming only.
- Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.
- Optimize machining parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining strategies.
- Manufacture precision tool room components including:
- Jigs
- Fixtures
- Gauges
- Dies
- Machine spare parts
- Prototype components
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
- Perform program modifications based on engineering changes or production requirements.
CNC/VMC Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
- Support CNC/VMC operations whenever required.
- Troubleshoot CNC/VMC machining issues related to programming and tooling.
- Assist CNC/VMC operators in program execution and setup.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
