Job Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on leads for residential plot projects.

Connect with prospective customers to understand their requirements and investment needs.

Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.

Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers. Build strong relationships with clients and convert leads into successful sales.

Negotiate with customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Strong customer relationship management abilities.





Knowledge of residential plots and the local real estate market will be an advantage.

Ability to work on-site, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
