Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Manage apartment construction and large-scale building projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity estimates, and material requirements.
- Check contractor bills, subcontractor bills, measurements, and work completion quantities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure construction work meets approved standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress, workmanship, material usage, and site productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and other civil construction activities.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution-related problems, and report progress to management.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, work reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction quality standards.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and building construction.
- Proven experience in apartment construction and large-scale building projects.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and measurement verification.
- Experience in contractor billing, bill checking, and quantity reconciliation.
- Good understanding of quality control (QC) and construction inspection procedures.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in apartment buildings and large-scale projects are preferred.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently manage site activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
