Position: Guest Relations Associate / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Associate / Executive to welcome guests, provide information about our adventure activities, ensure a smooth guest experience, and maintain high standards of customer service at Thrill Factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with activity information, packages, ticketing, and booking inquiries.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations, sales, and activity teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Guide guests regarding activity procedures, safety instructions, and park facilities.
- Maintain guest records, feedback forms, and daily service reports.
- Support guest check-in, registration, and coordination during activities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously.




- Promote available activities, packages, and additional services where appropriate.
- Maintain professional communication with guests in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints calmly.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Friendly personality, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
