Job Summary

We are hiring a qualified and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with an MBBS/ BAMS degree and relevant clinical experience. The ideal candidate should have sound medical knowledge, good clinical judgement and a patient-focused approach to healthcare.

This is an chance for a medical professional seeking a full-time hospital position in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh. Accommodation will be provided by the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients and provide appropriate initial medical care.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and document their clinical progress.
- Attend to patients requiring medical attention and coordinate treatment with specialists whenever necessary.
- Assist in emergency assessment and management within the doctor's competence.
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical notes and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control procedures and patient-safety standards.
- Ensure timely reporting of significant changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate medical team.




- Perform assigned clinical duties in accordance with hospital policies and applicable medical regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS/ BAMS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council or register.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical or hospital experience.
- Good communication, patient-management and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend to emergency duties, as required by the hospital.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Accommodation: Provided by the hospital.
- Other benefits and duty arrangements will be as per hospital policy.
