Job Summary

We are looking for an EV Trainer who can deliver theoretical and hands-on training on Electric Vehicle technology, components, systems, servicing, and maintenance. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical service support, troubleshooting EV-related issues, and travelling across India for training, service, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on EV technology.

Train students on EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, BMS, chargers, and wiring systems.

Demonstrate EV assembly, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance.

Conduct hands-on practical sessions using EV training kits and vehicles.

Provide EV service support, diagnose technical faults, and perform basic repairs and maintenance as required.

Support installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of EV systems, equipment, and training setups.

Travel across India (Pan-India)



for training programs, service assignments, workshops, client visits, and project-related activities.

Prepare and deliver PPT-based training sessions, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

Evaluate trainees through theoretical and practical assessments.

Maintain EV lab equipment, tools, vehicles, and training infrastructure.

Support workshops, certification programs, and industry training activities.

Coordinate with clients, educational institutions, and industry partners for training and service-related requirements.

Follow electrical safety standards and EV safety protocols during training, servicing, and practical sessions.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, EV Technology, or a related field.

2–8 years of experience in the EV industry, EV training, servicing, maintenance, or technical projects.

Strong practical knowledge of EV components, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Knowledge of EV installation, testing, repair, and after-sales service is preferred.

Positive communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience as a technical trainer is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Must have a personal laptop for conducting PPT-based classroom sessions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
