We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel to customer sites to provide timely and effective service support.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer locations.

Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical problems within the agreed timeframe.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with the internal service, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Manage service tools, spare parts, and other equipment required for field operations.

Travel to customer sites as required for service activities.

Required Qualifications





Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.

1–3 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, installation, or technical support is preferred.

Freshers with strong technical fundamentals may also apply.

Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.

Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

A valid driving licence is an advantage, where applicable.
