Job Description

Enbridg is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Finance Trainer to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, accounting software, and finance-related subjects, along with an interest in training and mentoring students.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in accounting, finance, taxation, and accounting software to help students develop industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in accounting and finance.

* Train students in Tally, GST, TDS, SAP and other relevant accounting topics.

* Provide practical training in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Excel, depending on expertise.

* Explain accounting concepts, financial statements, bookkeeping, and taxation in a simple and effective manner.

* Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

* Conduct assessments, tests, and practical activities to evaluate student progress.

* Guide students in completing accounting-related projects and practical tasks.

* Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Maintain attendance, assessment records, and other training documentation.

* Support students in developing practical skills relevant to finance and accounting careers.

Qualifications





* B.Com or M.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.

* Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar tools.

* Understanding of GST and other relevant taxation concepts.

* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

* Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or accounting are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with practical accounting knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
