About The InfraSure

The InfraSure is an independent project assurance and engineering consultancy supporting developers, property owners, and project stakeholders through Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA/QC), construction audits, quantity and billing verification, technical inspections, and project monitoring.

Role Overview

The Zonal Manager – Civil Engineering will be responsible for managing civil engineering operations across the assigned zone, ensuring construction quality, project progress, technical compliance, resource management, and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, site execution knowledge, quality control expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zonal Operations & Project Management

- Manage and monitor multiple construction projects across Delhi NCR and the assigned zone.
- Plan project activities, manpower deployment, site visits, and inspection schedules.
- Monitor project progress against approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure effective coordination between site engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.

2. Civil Engineering & Site Supervision

- Review civil construction activities, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and related works.
- Verify execution against approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, IS Codes, NBC provisions, and applicable CPWD standards.
- Conduct site inspections to identify construction defects, deviations, and workmanship issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical observations and closure of non-conformities.

3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

- Establish and monitor quality inspection procedures and project-specific quality plans.
- Review inspection reports, checklists, test reports, material approvals, and quality documentation.




- Monitor quality at critical construction stages and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Investigate recurring quality issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Verify that corrective work has been completed before recommending closure.

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify potential delays.
- Review measurement records, BOQs, contractor bills, and work quantities where required.
- Prepare technical reports, project dashboards, inspection summaries, and management updates.
- Escalate major technical, quality, safety, and schedule-related risks to management.

5. Team Leadership & Resource Management

- Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, quality engineers, and other technical personnel.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance across projects.
- Conduct technical reviews, site meetings, and periodic performance assessments.
- Identify training requirements and improve team productivity and reporting standards.

6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the primary technical coordination point for assigned clients and projects.
- Attend project review meetings with developers, owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Communicate technical observations, progress concerns, and recommended corrective actions.
- Support client presentations, technical proposals, project mobilisation, and service delivery.
- Maintain professional client relationships and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

7. Compliance, Safety & Documentation

- Monitor compliance with applicable building regulations, approved drawings, relevant IS Codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with safety personnel to address site safety observations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of site records, inspection documentation, measurement reports,



and project files.
- Support internal technical audits and management reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, and finishing activities.
- Practical experience in PMC, project execution, QA/QC, or construction consultancy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, project reporting, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR and other assigned locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably in construction, PMC, QA/QC, or technical consultancy.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects, teams, or a geographical territory.
- Experience working with real estate developers, commercial buildings, residential projects, or institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of construction quality systems, technical documentation, and client coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
