REEF is a women’s and children’s hospital in Aminjikarai, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Run daily hospital operations: front office, admissions/discharge, housekeeping, F&B;, security and maintenance coordination
- Manage staff rosters and attendance, and coordinate with HR
- Handle billing oversight, package adherence, and TPA/insurance coordination
- Manage procurement, inventory, vendor follow-up and equipment AMCs
- Keep licences, statutory registers and NABH documentation up to date
- Handle patient complaints and feedback, and drive service quality
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management

Requirements

- Graduate; MHA or MBA (Hospital/Healthcare Management) preferred
- 3–6 years in hospital administration or operations (maternity/multispecialty preferred)
- Working knowledge of NABH, hospital billing/HIS and insurance processes
- Strong communication in English and Tamil
- Hands-on, organised, and comfortable with a start-up hospital setup

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
