Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Society Redevelopment Manager to identify, develop, and manage residential society redevelopment opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with housing societies, managing redevelopment proposals, coordinating with society committees and consultants, and facilitating the redevelopment process from initial engagement through agreement execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Society Identification & Business Development

- Identify potential residential housing societies eligible for redevelopment.
- Generate redevelopment leads through market research, networking, referrals, and direct society engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with society chairpersons, secretaries, managing committees, and members.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of redevelopment opportunities.

2. Society Meetings & Relationship Management

- Arrange and attend meetings with society managing committees and members.
- Present redevelopment proposals and explain project benefits, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Address society members' queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with society representatives.

3. Redevelopment Proposal & Negotiation

- Coordinate the preparation and submission of redevelopment proposals.
- Assist in commercial discussions and negotiations with housing societies.
- Coordinate with architects, legal advisors, technical consultants, and management.
- Support the finalization of redevelopment terms and agreements.

4. Documentation & Project Coordination

- Coordinate the collection and preliminary review of relevant society and property documents.




- Maintain records of meetings, proposals, correspondence, and redevelopment opportunities.
- Work with legal and technical teams to support due diligence and required approvals.
- Ensure redevelopment activities are coordinated in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

5. Reporting & Business Development Targets

- Maintain an updated pipeline of potential redevelopment projects.
- Track society meetings, proposals, negotiations, and project conversion status.
- Submit periodic progress reports to management.
- Work toward assigned business development and project acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in society redevelopment, real estate business development, land acquisition, or property development.
- Understanding of housing society redevelopment processes in Maharashtra.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with housing societies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting.
- Fluency in Marathi and working knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for society meetings and site visits.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential society redevelopment, society acquisition, redevelopment proposal negotiations, and coordination with cooperative housing societies in Pune or Mumbai will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
