Position: PLC Programmer

Location: Jeedimetla, Chinthal, Hyderabad

Salary: 25k to 50k PM Negotiable as per previous salary

Experience: 1 to 3 Year of experience in PLC programming, HMI development, industrial automation, system integration, or commissioning will be preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in ECE, EEE, EIE, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our Automation Department. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, automation system L2 integration and development, HMI screen development, system troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical support for industrial automation projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.

Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, and other relevant brands.

Handle automation system L2 integration and development as per project requirements.

Design, develop, and configure HMI screens for machine monitoring, control, and visualization.

Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications for industrial automation systems.

Perform electrical panel testing, I/O checking, system integration, and functional testing.

Handle installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, control circuits, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.





Integrate PLCs with VFDs, sensors, actuators, motors, and other automation devices.

Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, communication networks, and automation system-related issues. Conduct site visits and provide technical support to customers.

Prepare and maintain PLC programs, HMI backups, technical documentation, and commissioning reports.

Coordinate with electrical, production, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.

Follow company quality standards and safety procedures during installation and commissioning.

Technical Skills Required

Knowledge of PLC programming languages, including Ladder Logic and Function Block Diagram.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming software and hardware.

Knowledge of HMI screen development and SCADA configuration.

Understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.

Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.

Understanding of automation system integration and communication interfaces.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and technical support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
