About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, building business relationships, and driving company growth from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company products or services and explain their benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain lead records and provide regular progress updates.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of email, MS Office,



and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- A laptop or computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Freshers can apply; prior sales or business development experience is a plus.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development is an added advantage.
