Skills and Experience Required

- Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience in landscape design, gardening, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and landscape design software.
- Ability to manage gardening staff, assign tasks, and supervise in office work.
- Knowledge of plants, planting schemes, garden layouts, and landscaping materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and establish landscape design concepts.
- Prepare detailed landscape plans, working drawings, construction details, and specifications using CAD and 3D modelling tools.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback and amendments.
- Select suitable plants, trees, shrubs, and planting schemes based on site conditions and client preferences.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers,



and vendors for landscaping materials and garden accessories.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor landscape implementation and execution.
- Supervise and direct gardening and groundskeeping staff by assigning tasks and preparing work schedules.
- Monitor the quality of landscaping work and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other project professionals.
- Ensure that the final landscape design is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
