We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of heavy industrial processing plants, including crushing, screening, washing, material handling systems, and heavy structural steel fabrication. The successful candidate will oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, field erection, testing, and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Prior experience working with and technical knowledge of Coal Watery projects,Mineral processing plants, for heavy bulk material handling systems would be an added advantage.Must be willing to be stationed at or travel to project sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Lead the full lifecycle of industrial plant and heavy engineering projects—from engineering design through civil works, structural fabrication, mechanical erection, to final commissioning.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Direct multi-disciplinary engineering and field construction teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.

Fabrication & Heavy Engineering Operations

- Oversee heavy structural steel fabrication and custom machinery manufacturing
- Ensure strict compliance with design codes, welding standards (e.g., AWS, ISO), non-destructive testing (NDT),and quality specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review drawings, material bill of quantities (BOQs), and fabrication workflows.

3. Plant Installation, Crushing/Screening & Washing Setup

- Direct the site assembly, alignment, and commissioning of heavy mechanical equipment, including crushers,vibratory screens, washing/separation systems, conveyors, and structural foundations.
- Troubleshoot technical, mechanical, and logistical issues during plant assembly and performance testing.

4. Health, Safety & Workplace

- Promote a proactive safety culture across all stages of fabrication, transit, structural erection, and plant commissioning.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
