Maintain robust client relationships and offer high-quality customer service support
* Handle inbound & outbound client communication via calls, WhatsApp & email
* Maintain updated CRM records, follow-ups, and customer status
* Coordinate with sales, production & dispatch for smooth client servicing
* Identify client requirements and share product information, product details & solutions
* Support the sales team with client coordination, lead follow-up & customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer concerns with a positive, friendly, and service-driven approach
* Build long-term trust through strong client engagement and timely support.

Pay: ₹10,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
