About Euro International School
Euro International School is a CBSE school in Sikar, Rajasthan, known as The First Futuristic CBSE School. More than 2,200 students learn here, supported by a team of over 330 staff across teaching, transport, operations and academic management. Our HR function is in the middle of a deliberate shift from ad hoc to structured. An HRMS is live, appraisal and occupancy trackers are running, and the recruitment funnel is tracked end to end. The tools are in place. What the function needs now is someone to lead the people who run them.
Purpose of the Role
The HR Manager leads EIS's three-person HR team and owns the employee lifecycle for the whole school: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and attendance, appraisals, employee relations and exits. We are hiring for leadership first and experience second. One to two years in HR is enough, if you can show us that people follow you, that you hold a standard when it is uncomfortable, and that you get a team moving in one direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR team
- Manage and coach three HR executives covering payroll, talent acquisition and the employee lifecycle.
- Set weekly priorities, review the quality of their work, and run regular one-on-one check-ins.
- Own the team's KRA delivery, and spot workload or skill gaps before they turn into missed deadlines.
- Be the person the team brings problems to, and the one who settles disagreements fairly.
Recruitment
- Own the path from requisition to offer: role briefs, sourcing, funnel tracking and coordination of interview rounds.
- Sit on interview panels for non-teaching roles and support leadership on senior hires.
Employee relations
- Be the first point of contact for staff concerns, grievances and policy questions.
- Handle routine cases yourself, and run sensitive investigations alongside the Chief of Staff until you take them on independently.
- Keep a documented,
defensible record of every case from first report to closure.
Payroll, attendance and compliance
- Oversee attendance regularisation and payroll accuracy through your team, before every cut-off.
- Keep the school compliant with CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws and Rajasthan labour requirements - Minimum Wages, PF, Gratuity and working hours.
Onboarding and exits
- Make sure every current joiner's documentation, agreements and induction are completed on schedule.
- Close exits end to end — no-dues, full and final settlement and offboarding records — without anyone chasing.
Appraisals and performance
- Run the annual appraisal cycle: data collection, manager and coordinator feedback, and scheduling.
- Keep appraisal, salary and occupancy data clean and current.
Systems and reporting
- Work inside the existing HRMS and Google Sheets systems, and improve them step by step rather than rebuilding them.
- Report to the Chief of Staff daily and weekly: status, exceptions, and the decisions your team took.
What Success Looks Like
Team

Every grievance and misconduct case is logged and closed within the agreed timeline, with a clear paper trail.
Payroll

Exits
Full and final settlements close within the defined window and are fully documented.
Growth
Over your first year, the range of decisions you handle on your own keeps widening.
Qualifications & Requirements
LEADERSHIP
Real evidence that you have led people — a team at work, a shift, a campus committee, a student body or a project. You can describe a time you made a call others did not like, and held to it.
