Job Title: DTP Operator & Customer Service Associate

​Desktop Publishing (DTP):

​Type, format, and edit documents accurately and efficiently.

​Design and format basic materials such as resumes, letters, business cards, flyers, and banners.

​Utilize standard DTP software (e.g., MS Office, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker).

​Online Applications & Digital Services:

​

​Scan, resize, and upload documents, photos, and signatures to meet specific web portal requirements.

​

​Photocopying, Printing & Document Finishing:

​Operate and maintain photocopy machines, printers, and scanners.

​Provide document finishing services, including spiral binding, hard binding, and lamination.

​Monitor ink, toner, and paper inventory, reporting when supplies need restocking.

​Retail Sales & Customer Service:

​Greet customers warmly and assist them with their specific needs.

​Handle the sale of stationery, print materials, and other shop merchandise.

​Manage cash and digital payments accurately,



providing proper billing and receipts.

​Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Technical Skills: Proficiency in typing (English and local language) with strong formatting skills. Working knowledge of DTP software and general internet navigation.

​Experience: Prior experience in a cyber cafe, printing shop, or DTP center is highly preferred.

​Attention to Detail: High accuracy when processing sensitive online applications and typing documents.

​Communication: Explicit and polite communication skills for interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.

​Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customers and prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
