WE ARE HIRING | Executive – Client Servicing (Electrical)

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering

Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, service, and repair electrical products at client sites.

- Assist the electrical team with in office installations.

- Understand electrical circuit diagrams, drawings, automation, and PLC programming.

- Handle client complaints, service requests, and technical troubleshooting.

- Register complaints in ERP and prepare service reports.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts and timely resolution.

- Handle warranty, non-warranty,



and AMC service activities.

- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in servicing within the manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of electrical systems, circuit drawings, and PLC/automation.

- Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to client locations.
