Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment procedures, hospital services, and available facilities.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and estimated costs as communicated by the treating doctor and relevant departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, insurance, and other departments to address patient queries.
- Assist patients with admission, discharge, and appointment-related processes.
- Explain hospital packages, treatment estimates, payment procedures, and insurance or cashless facilities, where applicable.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding investigations, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
- Address patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain patient counselling records and follow up with patients when required.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical and personal information responsibly.
- Help patients and attendants understand hospital procedures and documentation requirements.




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for patient enquiries and service-related follow-ups, where applicable.
- Ensure courteous communication and professional conduct while interacting with patients and attendants.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations and patient complaints calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple hospital departments.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in hospitals, patient relations, front office, healthcare counselling, or customer service will be preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Strong focus on patient satisfaction and service quality.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Hospital experience preferred)
Qualification: Any Degree; candidates with healthcare or counselling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
