Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, your day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of deployment activities by carefully planning and managing schedules, budgets, and resources. You coordinate closely with various project teams to ensure all deployment efforts are synchronized and aligned with overall project goals. Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to maintain momentum and meet objectives is a key part of your role. You also oversee training initiatives and pilot programs to facilitate smooth transitions and successful implementation of deployment strategies.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Lead coordination efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless deployment execution.
- Monitor deployment progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their skilled growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the deployment process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting within IT projects.
- Ability to analyze deployment metrics and generate actionable insights to improve processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Competence in developing and delivering training materials related to IT service management deployments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
