### About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate *Psychologist* to support children through screening, early identification of neurodevelopmental concerns, parent counselling, and community-based awareness initiatives across rural and urban areas of Odisha.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct psychological and developmental *screening of children* to identify developmental and behavioural concerns.

* Support the *early identification of neurodevelopmental disorders* and developmental difficulties in children.

* Interact with parents and provide *parent counselling, guidance, and appropriate referrals* based on the child's needs.

* Conduct community-based *awareness programs* on child development, developmental milestones, behavioural concerns, and early intervention.

* Participate in screening and awareness camps conducted in *rural and urban areas of Odisha*.

* Travel to different locations across Odisha as required for community outreach and screening activities.

* Maintain accurate records of child screenings, observations, counselling sessions, referrals, and outreach activities.

* Coordinate with therapists, healthcare professionals, schools,



and community organisations when required.

* Maintain confidentiality and follow child-safety and professional standards at all times.

* Prepare and submit regular reports related to screening, counselling, and community outreach activities.

### Requirements

* Master's degree in *Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology* or a relevant field.

* Experience working with children, particularly children with developmental or behavioural concerns, will be an advantage.

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to interact empathetically with children and parents.

* Willingness to travel extensively across *rural and urban areas of Odisha*.

* Ability to conduct awareness sessions and communicate effectively with community groups.

* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
