About Wattr.ai Wattr.ai is building the digital nervous system for India’s water and energy infrastructure. Recognized by the Government of India for “Excellence in Water Resources Management and Innovation,” we are leading large-scale smart irrigation deployments across Punjab. Role Summary You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing Wattr.ai AI Powered smart irrigation (PHMC) devices under the Punjab Government initiative.

Your mission: ensure accurate field installations, proper wiring and connectivity, farmer/ operator coordination, and timely reporting of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

 Install PHMC devices, sensors, and electrical wiring at farmer locations.

 Test, calibrate, and sync devices with the mobile app.

 Troubleshoot electrical, motor, and device-related issues on-site.

 Complete installation photos, forms, and documentation accurately.

 Support farmers with basic training on device usage.

 Coordinate with field supervisors, logistics,



and MIS teams for materials and reporting.

 Maintain tools, safety standards, and daily task updates.

 ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

 0–1 year of experience in electrical fieldwork, installation, or IoT projects.

 Solid troubleshooting ability and basic understanding of motor/pump systems.

 Comfortable using mobile apps, photos, and WhatsApp reporting.

 Pre-requisites: Self-Bike & Valid driving license

Compensation Starting ₹15,000/month for 3 months and on confirmation 18000/ month
