Role Overview

IKON Marketing Consultants is looking for an Associate Consultant who can support consulting assignments across business strategy, sales, marketing, retail operations and performance improvement. The role requires strong analytical ability, structured thinking, client coordination and hands-on execution support.

Key Responsibilities

· Support senior consultants in business analysis, strategy development and implementation of consulting assignments.

· Collect, structure and analyse sales, marketing, operational and market data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.

· Prepare business reports, management presentations, dashboards, trackers and action plans.

· Participate in client meetings, document discussions, decisions, action points and follow up on agreed deliverables.

· Coordinate with client teams across sales, marketing, HR, retail operations and other functions for implementation.

· Conduct market, competitor and industry research and convert findings into actionable insights.

· Assist in developing sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, SOPs, process improvements and performance reviews.

· Track project progress, milestones, pending actions and business performance against agreed plans.

· Support marketing and retail initiatives including campaign planning, customer acquisition, store performance and category analysis.

· Work closely with internal IKON teams to ensure timely execution of client projects and consulting recommendations.

Candidate Profile

· 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, business consulting, strategy,



business analysis, retail, sales, marketing or operations.

· Robust analytical, problem-solving and structured-thinking skills.

· Comfortable working with numbers, Excel-based analysis, reports and management presentations.

· Good written and verbal communication with confidence in client interaction.

· Ability to understand business problems and convert them into practical, executable action plans.

· Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation and project-management skills.

· Experience in retail, consumer businesses, jewellery, fashion or multi-location operations will be an advantage.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Strategy or Operations preferred. Graduates with strong relevant business experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹680,000.00 per year
