Job Description: Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Service Associate (SA)

Job Overview:

The Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Service Associate (SA) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema. The role involves assisting customers, managing ticketing and concession services, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a protected and enjoyable movie-going experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with showtimes, tickets, seating, and general inquiries.
- Ticketing & Box Office: Support ticket sales, operate ticketing systems, and handle transactions accurately.
- Concession Operations: Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Auditorium & Ushering: Guide customers to their seats, monitor auditoriums, and assist with cleaning between screenings.
- Safety & Security: Follow safety procedures, monitor assigned areas, and report any concerns to the management team.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness across auditoriums, lobby areas, concession counters, and other assigned spaces.
- Cash Handling:



Handle cash and digital transactions accurately, following company procedures.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth cinema operations and support promotional activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Aviation, or Hospitality Management are preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or aviation may apply.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, customer handling, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
