Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect – Liaisoning & Feasibility to handle architectural feasibility studies, statutory approvals, government liaisoning, and coordination with consultants, authorities, and project teams. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating development potential of properties and supporting projects from initial feasibility through the approval process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct architectural and development feasibility studies for residential, commercial, redevelopment, and other real estate projects.
- Study DP Remarks, zoning regulations, Development Control Regulations (DCR/DCPR), FSI/FAR, TDR, setbacks, height restrictions, and permissible development potential.
- Prepare preliminary feasibility reports, area statements, development calculations, and project potential analysis.
- Handle liaisoning with municipal corporations, planning authorities, development authorities, and other government departments.
- Coordinate and follow up for various statutory permissions, NOCs, approvals, commencement permissions, and other development-related approvals.
- Prepare and coordinate submission drawings, applications, documents, and supporting papers required for approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, legal consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Visit government offices and project sites for inspections, submissions, follow-ups, and meetings.




- Track the status of applications and approvals and maintain proper records of correspondence and documents.
- Identify approval-related issues and coordinate with relevant consultants for timely resolution.
- Review title/property-related documents from a development feasibility perspective and coordinate with legal teams wherever required.
- Assist management in evaluating project viability, development potential, timelines, approval requirements, and associated costs.
- Keep updated with applicable building regulations, planning policies, development rules, and government procedures.
- Prepare regular status reports for management regarding feasibility, approvals, pending matters, and expected timelines.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural feasibility and real estate development regulations.
- Practical experience in liaisoning and statutory approvals.
- Knowledge of DCPR/Development Control Regulations, FSI, TDR, redevelopment regulations, zoning, and building permissions.
- Valuable understanding of municipal and government approval processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, survey plans, property documents, and development regulations.
- Good coordination, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant architectural software.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
