Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Aruba Network Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in enterprise networking. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Aruba wired and wireless networking solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Aruba switching, wireless LAN (WLAN), Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers, ClearPass, and enterprise network security.

Key Responsibilities1. Aruba Network Implementation & Management

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Aruba enterprise networking solutions.
- Install, configure, and manage Aruba CX Switches and ArubaOS-Switch platforms.
- Deploy and manage Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure, including Access Points and Mobility Controllers.
- Configure and manage Aruba Central for cloud-based network monitoring and management.
- Perform network installation, migration, upgrades, and post-deployment support.

2. Switching & Routing

- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
- Implement VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, LACP, VRRP, and QoS.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, including OSPF and static routing.
- Knowledge of BGP is preferred.
- Manage enterprise network connectivity and performance optimization.

3. Wireless Networking

- Configure and manage Aruba Access Points, Mobility Controllers, and wireless infrastructure.
- Configure SSIDs, wireless security, roaming, band steering, and client load balancing.
- Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, heat map analysis, and wireless optimization.
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, and authentication issues.
- Work with Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E technologies.

4. Aruba ClearPass & Network Security





- Configure and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager.
- Implement 802.1X authentication, MAC Authentication (MAB), guest authentication, and BYOD onboarding.
- Implement Network Access Control (NAC) policies.
- Integrate Aruba solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise networking and security best practices.

5. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Monitor network health and performance using Aruba Central, AirWave, SNMP, and Syslog.
- Troubleshoot complex wired and wireless network issues.
- Perform firmware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and network health checks.
- Coordinate with OEM Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) for critical incidents and escalations.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HPE Aruba campus and branch network deployments.
- Knowledge of SD-Branch and Aruba EdgeConnect.
- Experience integrating Aruba networking with firewall and NAC solutions.
- Understanding of network automation using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)
- Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA)
- Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
- Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP)
- Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP)
- CCNA or CCNP Enterprise
